Information and Referral
Family Support Network of Greater Forsyth offers families who have children with special needs information and referrals to help make their journey smoother. Our staff has a collection of printed materials on specific conditions, diagnoses, and community services.
We have a Lending Library with books, video and audio tapes on a variety of topics for families and professionals. These materials are available for review and check-out.
Families are able to receive referrals to community services that will enhance their lives and provide needed support.
You may download the link to the referral form, then mail or FAX it to us. We will contact you once we receive the referral.
